ASCO CO2 Production Plant

The ASCO CO2 Production Plant is based on burning fossil fuel, such as diesel, kerosene or natural gas. When no other source for recovery of CO2 is available, this self-contained ASCO CO2 Production Plant is the solution.

This technology is based on the absorption of CO2 from flue gas into an aqueous monoethanolamine solution with the subsequent separation process by heating with a steam-controlled reboiler. The required CO2 quality according to the ISBT standards is reached after compression, purification and liquefaction of the gas produced.

The advanced CO2 plant design employs the latest technology for refined high performance, user friendly control, flexible layout and ultra-efficient operation. The result is lowest possible CO2 production costs, extended plant life and minimum environmental effect.

We support our customers building up their CO2 business and are pleased to also provide advice on CO2 storage, supply various CO2 ancillary equipment or complete the CO2 production with a dry ice production. Furthermore, we offer solutions for the pressure treatment and ph neutralisation.
